GoPotato.tv Launches Broadband Video Entertainment Created by Dudes for Dudes
Broadband and mobile video entertainment company, GoPotato, unveils Interactive Web site for the male audience.
November 14, 2006 -- GoPotato, an interactive broadband and mobile video entertainment company, has officially announced the launch of GoPotato.tv -- a broadband entertainment network that offers exclusive, original video content created by dudes for dudes. The dudes responsible for GoPotato.tv's content include brothers James and Tyler McFadden (Co-Founders/ Chief Tater Creators) as well as some of L.A.'s most talented young comedians and filmmakers, all of whom are in their twenties. "Being young guys that watch online videos (http://gopotato.tv/thesack.php) ourselves, we see how hard some entertainment companies try to appeal to our demographic," comments Tyler McFadden. "We figured that if we team up with top young creative talent and focus on making quality videos that we like… chances are other guys like us will like them too."
GoPotato.tv offers an eclectic mix of original content that you won't find anywhere else like: Sweet Dreams -- a choose your own adventure style interactive game featuring hot models, Eli the Accountant's Dirty Jokes -- an animated series of short jokes (http://gopotato.tv/eli.php) with voice over from the McFadden brothers' actual 76 year old accountant, Tato Salad -- edgy, original sketch comedy, and Deep Sh!t Poetry -- comedy poetry featuring some of the nation's best young stand ups.
"In addition to creating new episodes of our current shows, we will be adding several new shows to the GoPotato.tv lineup in the coming months," said GoPotato.tv Co-Founder James McFadden. "We're determined to create the most entertaining original content for our users and tremendous value for advertisers that want their brands to be perceived as cool and cutting edge." With GoPotato.tv's fun, interactive design (by award winning web designer Mindflood), exclusive video content and sharp sense of humor, the site should quickly become a favorite destination for guys looking to laugh and kill time and advertisers looking to connect with a young male audience.
All content found on GoPotato.tv may be shared with friends or embedded into users' personal profiles or blogs. In order to keep users coming back again and again, GoPotato.tv plans to update content on the site daily. Advertisers can take part in capturing users who are compelled by GoPotato.tv's content with ad spots and partnerships. In congruence, GoPotato has also launched a MySpace page located at http://www.myspace.com/gopotatotv For more information visit http://gopotato.tv
